Update Payment Method

Payment methods are securely stored and encrypted by a certified platform.

View your payment method from your Dashboard

• Enter your email address to your SkootEco account from the sign-in page on the Dashboard.

• You will receive a login link to your account in your email inbox.

• Navigate to Payment Methods in your dashboard.

• You will see your saved payment methods here.

Add a new payment method

• On the Payment Methods page click the "Add new payment method" button.

• Enter the details of your new card.

• You may be asked to approve your new method.

• Your new payment method will now be visible on the payment methods page.

Remove payment method

• Contact us at heretohelp@skoot.eco and let us know which payment method you would like to remove.

If you have a current subscription we will only remove payment methods if you add a new one to replace the one you want to remove.
